Great location !! Grounds/vegetation well kept, rooms clean and spacious, great food at breakfast/supper buffet, easy access to the La Carihuela/beach. Beauiful pool and dining terrace and great sports facilites (basketball, soccer and tennis courts). Excellent Kids Club. Enjoyed all the nightly shows/singers. EXCELLENT Service from the Guest Services Team - to the #1 SHEYLA- YOU WERE OUTSTANDING - THANK-YOU !! and THANK-YOU CARLOS !! who also went out for us making sure we were Ok !! EXCELLENT Front Desk Staff for making our check-in and check-out seemless and had the answers to all our questions and always did it with a smile !!! EXCELLENT Energy and fun time from the Activities/Pool Team - THANK-YOU - CAROL, RAUL, JOHN and MONTSE !!! We had a great time !! EXCELLENT HouseKeeping personnel who kept our room spotless and always well supplied and that beautiful smile and joyful attitude. THANK-YOU MARIA (6th floor) !!! Spacious and well equipped 1Bedroom Seaview room with large balcony. It had a small kitchen and loved having the refrigerator to put my water bottles and other food items (makes a difference in a holiday) . Good size bathroom and storage for personal items. Location is the best ! Right on the La Carihuela and beach. Easy access from the hotel grounds through a gate. You can rent palapa and lounge chairs for only $8 Euros a day..thought that was a great price. The hotel grounds are nicest of all the resorts on the strip. Nice pool, basketball court, pilates and yoga station (newly built), kid's club, billard tables and arcade games available in-door area and exercice room . Enjoyed the evening shows and the newly added daytime signer performers . Really liked that. All the staff across the board are #1 || Already planning our next stay !!

So close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. Air con and shower really good, and had a balcony with a sea view from our studio.

Top floor apartment right on sea front. Bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen and large balcony. Fantastic sea views up and down the coast. Access straight onto the main promenade full of bars, restaurants, shops. Benalmadena Marina couple of minutes walk. Big hotel staff very friendly, nice pool area, seemed to be quite a bit of entertainment if that's something your looking for. Excellent location and good value for what we paid.

Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy and well located to the beach, shops and restaurants. Has useful facilities such as the launderette, I found it easy to use the self service. Very suitable for young families as there is a kids club and different play areas.

Very good family friendly resort. Excellent location. Brilliant entertainment and family fun activities in the day around the pool. Staff are brilliant especially Pablo who brought a great energy everyday.

We chose this hotel because it was said to be very accessible for wheelchair users, and that turned out to be true. Everything was accessible by wheelchair. The pool area is very large with spacious lawns and more than enough sun loungers. The apartment was about 26 square meters and well-equipped. The hotel's location is fantastic – right by the beach, close to the lively harbor, and just outside the hotel there is both a bus stop and a taxi rank. It's also a short distance to shops and plenty of restaurants. Additionally, the 12:00 PM check-out time was very convenient, allowing for a relaxed and stress-free morning on the day of departure. The hotel attracts all age groups; there are children and families alongside couples and older people
